Last night the Yankees beat the Athletics 11-5 thaks to Mark Teixeira and Robinson Cano going back to back. Sorry my posts are not long I have started school and i have fooftball practice till 5:00 two to three hours of hw so i have to get used to it.

Last night the Yankees defeated the White Sox 12-9. The Yankees sent C.C Sabathia to the mound. He is 18-5 and looking like a 20 game winner. He pitched well allowing 5 runs on 9 hits giving up 1 walk and striking out 9 throwing 119 pitches in 7.0 innings of work.

In the first inning Nick Swisher homered to left center Derek Jeter scored on the hit. In the bottom of the inning P. Konerko singled to left J. Pierre scored. In the 2nd Eduardo Nunez homered to left (394ft) his first big league homerun Brett Gardner scored on the play. In the 3rd Marcus Thames homered to left Robinson Cano scored. P. Konerko homered to left for a two run shot. Marcus Thames homered again the Yankeeswin 12-9.

Last night the Yankees took on the Blue Jays in the second game of the series. The Yankees sent Dustin Moseley to the mound he is 4-2. He pitched well allowing2 runs on 5 hits giving up 4 walks and striking out 4 in 6.0 innings of work. He threw 97 pitches.

In the top of the first. Mark Teixeira singled to center Nick Swisher scored. In the 2nd E. Nunez grounded into a fielders choice Jorge Posada scored. Yankees up 2-0. In the bottom of the 3rd Mark Teixeira homered to left (416ft). Marcus Thames homered to left (380ft) Robinson Cano scored on the hr. Jorge Posada also homered to left (410ft) Yankees go back-to-back and lead 6-0. In the 4th V. Wells singled to right Y. Escobar scored. In the 5th Curtis Granderson homered to right (386ft) Marcun Thames and Austin Kerns scored. Then Derek Jeter (right) homered to left (472ft). In the 6th Jorge Posada singled to left Mark Teixeira and J Buck singled to center J Bautista scores. Yankees lead 11-2. They would win 11-5. Posada went 4-5 with a hr 2 rbi's and 2 runs scored.

Last night the Yankees went to Toranto to take on the Bluejays. The Yankees sent I. Nova to the mound,  he pitched  okay giving up 2 runs in 5.1 innings walking 1 striking out 3. He got a no decision. In the first inning Robinson Cano doubled to deep left Nick Swisher scored. In the 3rd J Bautista homered to left Y. Escobar scored. In the 6th Jorge Posada doubled to deep right center Robinson Cano scored. In the 8th J. Bautista homered to left. Yankees lose 3-2.

Yesterday the Yankees played the Mariners in an showdown in the Bronx. The Yankees sent C.C Sabathia to the mound he is 17-5. He pitched well allowing 3 hits no runs no walks and 8 strikeouts in 6.0 innings.

In the 4th inning Austin Kerns hommered to left (393ft). In the 5th inning Robinson Cano hits a grand slam into the right field bleachers (425ft) he continues to be hot with the bat. Derek Jeter in the 6th hits a sac fly to center Brett Gardner scores. Then Robinson Cano singles to right center E. Nunez and Nick Swisher score. In thje 7th Jorge Posada hommeres to right (373ft). In the 8th Marcus Thames singles to left Romerio Pena scores.

Posada strikes again

This afternoon the Yankees took on the Mariners for a weekend series in the Bronx. The Yankees sent J. Vazguez to the mound, he has been inconsistand with the ball today he pitched 3.0 inning allowing 4 runs in a no dicision. The win went to Boone Logan.

In the first inning Ichiro Suzuki hommered to right, R. Branyan hommered to right. Robinson Cano singled to center Mark Teixeira and Derek Jeter scored, and Posada (right) hommered to left even through injures he has been great for the Yankees at the plate. Robinson Cano continues to kill the Tigers

This afternoon the Yankees battled the Tigers in the Fourth game of the series. The Yankees needed to win to take the series 3-1 and Curtis Granderson agrees to. His quote was "We need to win some of these four game series we can't keep on splitting them." The Yankees sent Phil Hughes (right) to the mound. He is know 15-5.

In the first inning M. Cabrera hit a 2 run home run into the Yankees bullpen. The Yankees were hitles through 3 inning but in the 4th Nick Swisher singled to center scoring Mark Teixeira, then Curtis Granderson singled to center scoring Cano. The game is tied 2-2. In the 6th Robinson Cano doubled to left center scoring Teixeira starting what would become a 9 run 6th. Posada singled to center, Robinson Cano (left) scored. Austin Kerns doubled to deep center Nick Swisher and Posada scored. Brett Gardner walked, Curtis Granderson scored on a wild pitch that whent to the backstop. Derek Jeter trippled to deep center scoring Austin Kerns and and Brett Gardner. Robinson Cano ended the inning by homering to center (428ft) scoring Jeter. The Tigers pushe accross three more runs by a J. Peralla home run to center, a A. Jackson single to center scoring A Avila and a B Boech single to center scoring R Raburn. Yankees win 11-5

Home run night in the Bronx

Last night the Yankees battled with the Tigers in the third game of this four game series. The Yankees sent D. Moseley to the mound, he is currently 3-2. Last night he allowed 4 runs on 5 hits 2 walks and striking out 2 batters in 5.0 innings of work, he threw 84 pitches before being ejected for hitting M. Cabrera  of the Tigers.

In the bottom of the first Brett Gardner lead off the game and was deliberately throw at and was hit. The home plate umpire gave a warning to each bench. After Derek Jeter batted ( he went 0-4)  Brett Gardner tried to steal but Mark Teixeira hit a 2 run bomb into the second deck in right field. Robinson Cano was the next batter he hit a solo shot into the right feild bleachers the Yankees went back-to-back home runs. Through 1 inning the Yankees lead it 3-0. In the top of the second inning M. Cabrera hit a solo shot to left field, Yankees lead 3-1. In the Fourth M.Cabrera went deep again this time to right field. In his next at bat he was hit and Moseley was tossed from the game. In the bottom of the 4th Ramerio Pena hit a triple to deep right center scoring Austin Kerns. Then Mark Teixeria was safe at first on error by first baseman M. Cabrera Brett Gardner advanced and scored of the error snd Mark Teixeira advanced to second on throwing error by the second baseman. The Yankees lead 6-2. in the 5th Curtis Granderson Homered to righ the Yankees lead is 7-3. Austin Kerns hit a ground rule double to deep left center scoring Teixeiera and Gardner. Yankees win 9-5.

C.C strikes again

The Yankees defeated detroit thanks to their wonderful ace C.C Sabathia. Top Yankees players in the game were/ was Nick Swisher with a 2 rbi single in the bottom of the first. Curtis Granderson with a right feild home run. Derek Jeter with an rbi single. Robinson Cano with a home run to right and Ramerio Pena with a sac fly to right scoring Nick Swisher, and Brett Gardnerwho was 2-3 2r and a walk.
